I am still amazed at the number of people who stop by to check out my stuff. I appreciate all the stalkers and repeat offenders, it means a lot to me.  Hopefully I will be more aggressive in posting artwork and therefore give everyone a little more to look at.  Thanks again everyone!

WOW!  I didn't think I would see the day that I would reach 2000 page views.  It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside when I think that that many people have taken the time out of their day to view my work.  I appreciate everyone who has added favorites to their collections, and everyone who gets enjoyment out of my work.  I do it to express myself, and to entertain others and deviantart has helped me to accomplish that.  Thanks Again!  Here's to a thousand more....

I fixed the issue of the multiple deviations.  Unfortunately some of you may no longer have this listed in your favorites which is sad.  So feel free to add to add it back.  Sorry for the mix up.  I'm such a goof sometimes.

Somehow I submitted this print three times under three different names.  I see some people have already added these to their fav's which is great!  I don't have access to the deviations, and they are not showing up on my page so for now I'm just going to leave it like this.  But note that I am aware of this and I'm not crazy.  Well maybe just a little.

I took my idea from colorful one and made a new composition entitled colorful Too.  Then I decided I wanted it to be different so I changed it and posted it as Colorful Three because I couldn't decide which one I liked better.  I like the idea of the colorful shoes and the fruit, and it seems to get a lot of positive responses from people.  I hope everyone enjoys these as much as the first one!

I'm in a creative rut.  I feel like I keep producing the same thing over and over again, lack of feeling, lack of depth.  Anyone got any suggestions to get me back on track.  Maybe my new camera will brighten my mood.  Can't wait to get it.

'Twas the night before Christmas and Santa's a wreck...
How to live in a world that's politically correct?
His workers no longer would answer to "Elves".
"Vertically Challenged" they were calling themselves.
And labour conditions at the North Pole
were alleged by the union to stifle the soul.

Four reindeer had vanished, without much propriety,
Released to the wilds by the Humane Society.
And equal employment had made it quite clear
That Santa had better not use just reindeer.
So Dancer and Donner, Comet and Cupid
Were replaced with 4 pigs, and you know that looked stupid!

The runners had been removed from his sleigh;
The ruts were termed dangerous by the E.P.A.
And people had started to call for the cops
When they heard sled noises on their rooftops.
Second-hand smoke from his pipe had his workers quite frightened.
His fur trimmed red suit was called "Unenlightened."

And to show you the strangeness of life's ebbs and flows,
Rudolf was suing over unauthorised use of his nose
And had gone on Geraldo, in front of the nation,
Demanding millions in over-due compensation.
So, half of the reindeer were gone; and his wife,
Who suddenly said she'd enough of this life,

Joined a self-help group, packed, and left in a whiz,
Demanding from now on her title was Ms.
And as for the gifts, why, he'd never had a notion
That making a choice could cause so much commotion.
Nothing of leather, nothing of fur,
Which meant nothing for him. And nothing for her.

Nothing that might be construed to pollute.
Nothing to aim, Nothing to shoot.
Nothing that clamoured or made lots of noise.
Nothing for just girls, or just for the boys.
Nothing that claimed to be gender specific.
Nothing that's warlike or non-pacifistic.

No candy or sweets...they were bad for the tooth.
Nothing that seemed to embellish a truth.
And fairy tales, while not yet forbidden,
Were like Ken and Barbie, better off hidden.
For they raised the hackles of those psychological
Who claimed the only good gift was one ecological.

No baseball, no football...someone could get hurt;
Besides, playing sports exposed kids to dirt.
Dolls were said to be sexist, and should be passe;
And Nintendo would rot your entire brain away.
So Santa just stood there, dishevelled, perplexed;
He just could not figure out what to do next.

He tried to be merry, tried to be gay,
But you've got to be careful with that word today.
His sack was quite empty, limp to the ground;
Nothing fully acceptable was to be found.
Something special was needed, a gift that he might
Give to all without angering the left or the right.

A gift that would satisfy, with no indecision,
Each group of people, every religion;
Every ethnicity, every hue,
Everyone, everywhere...even you.
So here is that gift, it's price beyond worth...
May you and your loved ones, enjoy peace on Earth.

After A year on the site, I decided that it was time to subscribe and to try putting my prints up for sale.  My expectations are reasonable, I am still a beginner.  I welcome all feedback, and I appreciate everyone that has taken a liking to my work in the past and have added me to their favorites.  Deviant art has been a positive experience thus far, and I can only hope the experience gets better!  Here's to another year!

I really appreciate all the comments people have been leaving for me.  It's so odd.  I posted some paintings from soo long ago, a form I had recently abandoned.  I started thinking that what it should look like and the form it should take and all that stuff they drill in your brain in art class, should over take what it feels like.  And I think there is something to be said for going from your gut and breaking all the boundries.  It feels good that people appreciate my art, and that they enjoy looking at it. Thanks Again for all the comments, and all the adds.  I love the encouragement!

I suppose those of you that have become familiar with my site have noticed the mass amount of photomanipulations posted, starring muah as the subject.  The reason for this is not because I love looking at myself, it is simply my lack of available subjects, and I have promised myself that I must conintually work on my photoshop skills and therefore try to post something new everyday.  I realize that some of them get boring and look repetitious, but I promise it will eventually pay off, and evolve into something more interesting.  I thought it would be nice to post some of my favorite sites belonging to artist and designers alike that intrigue and inspire me.  I hope you guys enjoy.  I appreciate all of the feedback, and I truely appreciate people taking the time to look at my site.  Please keep the comments coming, every little bit helps.
